Directions/Instructions:

Before taking a bath or shower, apply a thick layer of the Dead Sea Spa Care Mineral Mud all over the body or those skin areas needing special attention such as dry elbows, knees or heels of the foot. Leave the Dead Sea Mineral Mud on until a slight dry or cracking effect appears in the mud, but no longer than twenty minutes. Remove Dead Sea Mineral Mud with warm wet towel or wet luffa. Rinse well with warm water to remove all Dead Sea Mineral Mud from body. For best results, apply once a week. Note: For external use only, try mud on a small area prior to applying to entire body, for all skin types are different. Do not apply mud to eyes, open sores or wounds.
